  15. Another answer to Taybin's question about reading binary data, which I am
  16. surprised no one has already brought up unless I missed it, is: "look in the
  17. Icon Program Library, there are library routines to do this stuff".

  19. Hmm, I wonder what else in the IPL might be immediately useful?
  20. Maybe lots of stuff?

  22. Among other places, the Icon Program Library is documented in a dense 90+
  23. pages (Appendix B) of "Programming with Unicon", which some might view as
  24. a companion/supplement handbook for Icon programmers.  :-)
